Archival document reading

The Luigi Einaudi Foundation Historical archive has four spaces available for reading and referencing by appointment only, from Monday to Friday all day 9.30 a.m.-5.30 p.m.

The first three admissions are free to any who want access to documents. To continue using the Archive services and obtain the free membership card, users are subject to the presentation of a letter of introduction from a university professor or from the institution the research is on behalf of.

During opening hours users can access all services of information both through staff advice and through direct use of the tools supplied.

Reference material may be booked in advance via fax or email or by phoning the archive staff. The requested material will be made available at the time of the visit.

The reproduction of archival material is subject to different restrictions depending on the type of material referenced. Photocopying and digital scan services are available for those users who need them for studies and research. The materials requested at the Library can be collected from on and not before the second day after the request, barring different agreements with the staff. The shipment of materials from external requests is performed by the third day from the receipt of the request. Photographing is only allowed under express authorization.
